For the last 2 years supply has been the issue with plenty of people wanting to move but not able to find anything suitable to purchase so stuck in a catch 22 situation with what to do. With stock levels around 30% higher coming into 2023 compared to last year this is fortunately not the case this year. People coming to the market have a much better chance of finding their perfect next home and we are here ready to help. We are optimistic about 2023 with plenty of sales having already been agreed and we are only on the 6th January!
