With stock levels around 30% higher coming into 2023 compared to last year this is fortunately not the case this year. People coming to the market have a much better chance of finding their perfect next home and we are here ready to help. We are optimistic about 2023 with plenty of sales having already been agreed and we are only on the 6th January!
